L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue

The original fishing village is referred nowadays as the “Comtadine Venice” due to a lot of channels through and around the town. A few water wheels are the sign of the textile industry of the past. L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue has become the gathering place for antique dealers and brocanteurs, it is indeed the third most famous in Europe.
